Those are repops. They never made an OE 15 x 8" "recall" wheel.
I just reported it to Hemmings with a link to a Hemmings article on the recall wheels.
I hate crap like that... Maybe it's just stupidity... but if you have enough knowledge to know what a W23 wheel is, then you know the sizes too... or at least they never offered an 8" wheel.
I just don't want some poor soul to get ripped off.

I agree with John,....they did not make an 8" "recall wheel". They do look like Kelsey's but they are likely made AFTER the Sept 1969 recall by Chrysler. Wrong caps and trim rings too. The argent paint is incorrect as well.
Kelsey did sell these on their own for a few years after the recall. You have to check the date codes to be sure!
