Hello everyone, I recently started a discussion about restoring my interior on my 1969 Chrysler Town & Country wagon. I got some excellent feedback and decided to go with SEM interior paint and all of their prep materials. I was wondering about what you guys do with a panel like this? Is there any product out there that would allow me to fill in the deep scuffs and smooth it out? Or do I just follow SEM’s process and just paint over it and live with the result? Thank you!

Not much you can do with that. The top layer of plastic has dried to the point where it scraps off easily.

I had a couple pieces that I just scraped off the top layer and painted it. Used them until I found better pieces.

Sorry I don't have a good solution for you.

That’s pretty much what I figured. I just cleaned it up and painted it. It looks better than it did. I appreciate the response!
