NOT MINE Wanna see some yard C's ??

love this part:

ability to get ahold of the owner. And how to handle him.

I have had to deal with parts guys at old dealerships and it was like running into a brick wall at times. And then the damn owner would be a part of the package= nightmare.

I've never seen a 2 tag 74 Dart. Usually, they are plain Jane. Decoded it but nothing left it appears.

I found another yard that the owner won't show me the cars he has.
He drove me around in a windowless subaru and just pointed at a few cars here and there.
Very unfortunate. Often times Gem's are locked away because the junk yards dealer won't let anyone see it to make them an offer.

Heading to work. Thought I would post a few this morning. Will try to post up the C's here soon.

Two tag Darts aren't common by they are out there.
L1 means it was built on Line 1 (the assembly line designated for A bodies for MY 1974 as opposed to L2 the E body assembly line)

The 726 is a three digit number so 726 is correct not 72G.

if you are there again, maybe grab some pictures of this? looks like a 69 fury.

Not enough mountains in the background to be South Park or Alamosa. Delta or Montrose, maybe; but there is no Grand Mesa in the background anywhere. Since you live around Salida, my guess is Canon City or close by.

In the first two pics, I see a '77 Buick Skylark coupe I need a boatload of interior plastic trim out of, along with other parts. Next time you are there, please check condition of the following:

-All of the window surround plastic (especially the quarter windows and the bits above the doors),
-Both front shoulder belts and plastic covers/fasteners,
-DS door armrest,
-Both front t/s assemblies with headlight bezels and fillers,
-Lower RH front fender extension (between the bumper end, attaches to the front lower fender itself),
-The filler panel between the front bumper and the grille,
-The grille itself,
-The cowl extension (where the wiper posts stick out from, that vent panel behind the hood)
-AM/FM radio with wiring pigtail (if equipped with a factory unit)

Along with prices. Colors don't matter, condition does. I will shoot up there for the parts, if what I need is available and in good shape or better.

Maybe they won't, but whoever inherits them will, no doubt.

Well..I am certainly interested in the location/contact info of this place...I would drive there from Seattle for some parts. Thanks for the pics.
