Does your Power window make noise? Often the motor is fine and just the gear head needs a rebuilt with new "clutches" (pucks).

it works vedry slow and does not go down all the way and gets stuck,has to be pulled up to move,makes low noise too!

I’d pull the door panel for a visual. It sounds like you might need a new motor if it is truly weak but you might be surprised what an R & R with a thorough cleaning and re greasing in between will do. While the motor is out carefully(read your service manual) take it apart for a clean and re grease too. The good news is you can still buy these motors new or refurbished on eBay.
