Sorry about posting so many repeats. this is the first time i have put pics on a computer let alone on a forum i will learn!

Fantastic! Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new ride! Never seen a steering wheel like that ,,pretty cool.

Thank you for the warm welcome. After getting the major issues fixed I drove the car a couple miles. The steering wheel is definitely different. Probably not the safest thing in the world either! I am on the hunt for a replacement. It has the tilt/telescope column.

Welcome from NYC.. thanks for saving her from certain death.. lol. Looks as though she was road hard and put away wet. What's your plans for her?

My plans are to make her road worthy again. After draining the rotten gas and going through the carb it ran fairly well. It definitely needs some love but the car is very solid. I took it for a spin over to a buddies house and was surprised how well it drove. I have decided to not dump a ton of money in to it. No body work or slick paint. I did replace the steering wheel thanks to some help from a forum member. This week Im replacing the water pump, thermostat, timing chain, belts and hoses. sooner or later I will have to buy tires Oddly enough the wide whites are growing on me
