What are these?

Going through a boxes of parts and supplies and came across this package of bushings (I think they’re bushings). No manufacturer listed in the bag, just a part number:
KB404 1090301A

Any idea what this might be? The pic is everything that was in the bag. I have a 1968 300 convertible.

like a Moog k7061 but missing the bushings that go around the bar itself

Look like bushings for the sway bar hangers. But 4 doesn’t make sense.

I am thinking that is what they are. There were two cube bushings in my ‘box of stuff’ too. Looking at pics online seems like you put me on the right path. Thank you!

I thought those are stock sway bar parts but couldn't in my mind place them. I haven't been working on the oldies as much as I should. Here they are in all their crushed glory-
