What Is Ford Thinking?

Ford already announced earlier this year that they will no longer put any research and delopment dollars into gasoline powered engines and would focus entirely on electric and autonomous

But they just came off spending a boatload of money developing the 7.3 gasoline engine for super duty pick-up trucks. It's a very old type of design, guess they finally realized the mod motors are crap.
