Most likely for an option your vehicle does not have if everything is working.

Can trace it out if you have a FSM. As stated above, probably an option that was not ordered on the car.

It might be where the chime module plugged in, either a warning buzzer for seat belts, ignition key, or lights. Looks like seat belt buzzer plug to me, though, most likely. An item commonly unplugged.

I'd also go with the seat belt buzzer. The blue wires and the distance between the connectors look like that's probably what it is for.
