Who knows what this car is ? It was in the parking lot at the Carolina Ale House restaurant today. Right hand steer. Looked like is was right off the showroom floor. Excellent job whoever did the resto. I’ll give you one hint. It was a car I’ve never seen before or knew existed.

Only made for '89 -'91.
 
I believe it's a western European car company Lanta.

The guy probably walked up when you were looking at it and said "This is my Lanta".
 
Put it in the trunk to replace the spare.
In all fairness, my Dad had a '58 Triumph Estate Wagon when I was a kid. Probably about the same size. He traded it on a new '63 Newport and started driving our '57 Windsor as his work car. I really liked that little car and honestly, I would love to have one.

Never have seen another like it, although I have seen a couple on eBay.

I like how they show the people 37 feet behind the car, so it looks like they can fit inside... :)
