Nope, I had a 1 1/4 & it's a little smaller. My buddy said that a metric 33 or something fits best.

For the record the correct answer was 1 1/4"...
However if you order a bolt, say through Mancini, it will have an 1 1/8" head...

I'm pretty sure that it's the stock bolt & it's not 1 1/4.

Somewhere along the line I would guess it had been replaced.
The original crank bolts have a larger than standard head from the 318 to the 440.
I have never come across anything different until I got a replacement bolt when building a 440 for a friend last year...
