Whats this for?

Hey guys, can anyone tell me if this looks like a new fuel gauge. The amp meter is yellowed, the needle is faded, this looks new. Now im wondering if it was replaced with a 12v version. The way it was wired it would have worked with limiter bypassed. Is that possible and how can i tell? I dont see any part #s, is there any way to tell?

It is a factory gauge for sure, made to run off the voltage limiter's 5.5 (+ -) voltage. Could be NOS, could be nice used. Some of the used ones I have sold were this clean.

Im glad you let me know, Im going to hook it back in with the limiter in line. Going to get a new limiter just in case. I want everything to be correct. Again thanks.
