The wife and I took the first bike ride of the year and stopped at the Owlshead transportation museum.
Right now the theme is "the need for speed". Lots of great old race cars there. Will post more if anyone is interested

This car ran beech ridge motor speedway in the mid late 70's. It was driven by Dick Bergren, one of the people that is on alot of nascar races as a reporter. Beech ridge is a 3/8 mile that was clay in those days. This car held the record at a hair over 16 seconds
