1967 Chrysler Imperial Crown Mobile Director Coupe - $21,000 - Big Bear Lake, California

CL Description
This is a very rare 1967 Imperial Crown Coupe 2 door Director Edition. There are less than 20 director additions left.
The director addition has a passenger seat that rotates 180° and the desk that flips up in the back. It was originally set up for a movie director with a rotating seat for the secretary and table to do work.
This was an $800 option back in 1967 therefore not very many were made. $800 in 1967 was a lot of money back then.
The car has a lot of new chrome, new tires and fairly decent paint that could use touching up. The interior needs to be reupholstered.
The car has a matching number for 440 big block motor.
Would consider trade for 60’s Camaro or Chevelle
Sold as is, this is definitely a very unique beauty.

By the description, I'd say this is a prime example for the "Craigslist Morons" thread. Apparently basic grammar and spelling are below you when you have a "director addition". Is it so hard to include a picture of what makes this such a rare f'n car?!?

Missing all the side trim, hood trim & ornament, deck lid emblem, passenger side door handle and it looks like a re-paint which might explain the trim being off the car. No mention of it though...
I’d like to see more of it.

I wrote to seller:

response is here: Interior is out because I was going to do a full restoration, However I have everything including the side trim.

I told him to take pics of those items and the engine

he said he'd send me some pics and I will post them on the site

But do it anyway, inquiring minds want to know.

I've reached out for information, being up front about my non buying intentions. I do tell them I'm going to post the information on a message board which could help the sale.

he sent some pics with a phone #

if you want the number PM me

one pic had all the trim wrapped in paper with a note:
I have all the side trims and opened one. I do not want them scratched.

will post the trim and the interior of the car pics as he only sent 3 pics

guess he has no time to take a few more pics of the car as the TV must be beckoning
