Let's see some Wagons!

I post mostly car related videos of cars I've owned on my You Tube channel, they get a few hits and comments but the exception is this short one showing my 66 coming off the trailer - it has more than 14, 000 views and quite a few comments! People love wagons because they all have memories of them but there are so few that have survived.

What a beautifully maintained wagon. It obviously meant a lot to the original owner, and they probably had a lot of fond memories of family trips and travel associated with it.

Gorgeous!

I'm impressed with the lift on the trailer - some serious hardware that can handle all that weight on a movable platform.

This is one sweet Wagon.
Thank you.. the interior is decent but needs a door panel and window sliders for the driver door...and ... And... And.. I just got her painted. I hadn't realized how perfect the trim is on it. I have other projects so she doesn't get frequent attention.. for now I'm digging the times I drive her.

Now that I've gotten a drivetrain into the green Monaco, here's a few pics of the wagons together before getting them stored for the winter.

And they are all unique in their own way...
Yep the white one is completely stock and extremely dependable. The green one is going to be my modded sport wagon. The beat up Plymouth was saved from a field and is my all weather driver. About the only thing I really don't know what to do with is the blue one. I bought it for parts, but it showed up here from Moab Utah so solid that I put a drivetrain back in it and got it roadworthy. Would really like to find a good home for it. Thanks for the comment!

What would it cost for a new Home?

I'd be super happy if I got back what I have into it, $4,000. Its solid and I've driven it around my small town a bit, but not much lately. Obviously if someone chooses to do so, it could use paint/body/interior work.

Careful, you could catch a flipper like that... see it on EB, FB or DB for $123,456 next week

Here's my 67 t&c. This is the second time I've owned it. Bought it from the big Texas auction last month. Trying to get it cleaned up and back on the road.

Did you have to get it re-titled into your name, or was it still in your name? The title issues for so many f those cars kept me out of the running.

It is still in my name. Just have to renew registration. I bought another wagon (61 valiant) it doesn't have a title, but I can get a bonded title on it.

I think that makes you one of the big winners of that event! I really wanted one of those 70's 3/4 ton club cabs to use as a beater/work/fun/replacement/truck but there was only one, with a rotten drip rail, that I had any hopes of getting titled. In the end, I decided it would be jut too much nonsense to get it here and legal.

Congrats on your winnings
