Kinda curious how he weathered Ian. His last post was in late August...hope he's OK...Anyone? There are several others out there that were in the path, too.

I texted with Stan the day after Ian hit. He's fine. Lots of rain and he lost power but no major problems. He has a whole house generator. I hope he will be back posting here soon.
I noticed that too.
Like others, a fixture here since I arrived eight years ago, and long before that to the early days. When those folks go silent, it gets noticed. Glad he rode out Ian and he and his are fine.
I guess if/when he's ready to jump back in here he will.
