Hi. Can I get a little assistance with this fender tag please. Trying to buy this car but a couple things seem fishy.
Thanks to anyone who can assist.
Figured out motor- 400-2bbl.
Fender mounted turn signals
Single rear speaker
Rest is unclear with my searches.

D34 = Standard Torqueflite transmission
CL23 = C: Chrysler, L: Low price class (ie. Newport Custom), 23: Two-door hardtop
N = 400 engine, standard performance, two-barrel carburetor
2 = 1972
C = Build plant: Jefferson Avenue, MI, USA

261163 = Sequence number, 161163rd car built

HB1 = Paint, upper body, H= first year of use, 1972. B1= color: Blue Sky, PPG#2424
A1B8 = Dark Blue interior, Cloth & Vinyl, Straight Bench Seat
