In my eyes, a beautiful car and a great candidate for restoration. While the front end isn't the best part of the design IMO, the rest of the car more than makes up for it and its uniqueness just adds more to the overall desirability. And a great testimony for rising from the ashes of a disaster fire in your case. All the best!

Very eloquent, Dave.

very nice car, older restoration?

I under the car was painted 1 time but I do not know how long ago. Here are more photos DSCF0003 (1024x683) (1).jpgloaded up for its delivery from Maryland to AL

You have some more info on that 2dr. sedan Belvedere your dad bought new that Shows up in your Gallery. The mooneyes in the rear side window seem to give it away as to be "souped up" as they say. :)

I was merely in shock. I do get shocked and feel emotion.
"I am not an animal..."

That happened early in the year and the picture has been posted on several sites, I thought everyone had already seen it ........ Yep ...... shocking, destressing. Words can't describe how it must have felt to witness that.

I would have to get the girlfriend's buy-in to get a Forward Look / 3rd classic car. It would have to be my last major project car.
