Perfect parts car!

The engine is going in the wagon, trans in the coronet. I will have the car for a week or so if anyone needs parts. It is not a bad parts car even though some haters may not think so.. it does have floor rot but alot of parts to someone who needs them. Look at the savings ;)

Actually it sounds like a fair price. The crusher will net you about 400 bucks and your gas and expenses another hundred. Trying to make a couple of hundred bucks more before it goes to the crusher is not not unreasonable because you're are giving it one last chance to help others survive.

Joe is a good guy too, he's honest and trustworthy...... he has a lot of nice cars, but no C's

It has a fresh 440 and 727. There are alot of good trim pieces and other parts if anyone needs anything. Feel free to ask and we will work out a price. If not is there anything worth pulling off before it goes. Carlisle spot will be loaded this year. Haha

Last chance I hink this hot rod will be going friday. Make an offer. At least 400. I can get that from scrap, but I would rather someone who needs parts get it before to atleast make it go a little further.

Joe, if it has a solid trunk pan you need to take the time to pull it, someone needs it

Problem is Dave nobody is willing to pay to ship a trunk floor or for the time to properly remove it. I hate to admit it but I've sent lots of rust free trunk pans to the scrap yard for that reason. It's not that I'm greedy either. I'd be more than willing to give a good pan away for free but I won't pay for shipping and I have too much work in my shop to give away almost half a days labor to remove and package for shipping. I hope that doesn't make me sound like a jerk but it's the way it is.

It dosen't make you a jerk Chris. I've been holding on to a 69 300 convertible that I stripped to the hulk because it has a great dutchman's panel, trunk floor and rear 1/4's. If someone wants to come and remove them they can have them cheap....No takers yet. But it's gonna have to go to the crusher soon.

I bought a rust free pan from Murray 10 years ago, $450.00 shipped...... I know it was ten years ago but I needed it

Well Dave last month Murray gave me a quote on a tailgate for my Monaco wagon and shipping alone was going to be $250 and it's alot smaller demensionally than a trunk floor. Heavier but smaller. $450 shipped would be a deal today. Even just making a rough cut with out destroying everything it's attached to it will take 3-4 hours to cut it out and another 2-3 hours to crate it and haul it to the frieght company. Pretty close to a full days work.

But worth it to the guy who needs it, but I understand you can have a yard full of trunk pans...and no buyers.

If you need it, you gotta pay

Just economy shipping 2 bumpers and a radiator on a flat bed for my 1978 NY'er was $471 from El Paso, Tx to Aberdeen, Maryland. The crate weighed 575 lbs.
