Specifically removal there of.

I have all six bolts out, as well as the damper bolt itself out. The pulleys act like they're still bolted down. Gentle pry yields nothing.

Anything I'm missing?

Most damper pulleys I've ever taken off pretty much just fell off.

Spray the inside of the damper pulleys where they contact the hub with some spray lube, there is probably some rust on the hub.

got it, bigger persuasion bar was needed. Factory paint glued it together.
I had to beat the crap out of a pulley I took off this year, I thought they welded the damn thing on. Biggest pry bar I had and anger got it off.

I used a .5" solid round bar 4ft long between the sway bar and the edge of the pulley. went side to side and popped of in two tries.

Sometimes the harmonic balancer bolt (the washer attached to it) is bigger than the pulley opening (or close to it) and holds the pulley on. I've had that happen.

Glad you got the pulley off!

I took mine off my old engine and it fell off when I unbolted it.
