Didn’t make it out there Saturday. Combination of not getting the car done in time and gout killing my big toe. I snuck out on Sunday and if you time it right you can park right up front. I couldn’t walk too far but I got some good pics of the up close stuff on the way to the swap meet.

That’s all brother. I just couldn’t hobble around any more than that. Sure glad they parked the C’s up front.

I believe Jay Leno's chief paint and body guy, Per Blixt, owns that 300D, or one just like it. It appears to have a working Electrojector fuel system, or at least a newer style one maybe adapted to run the engine (as best I know there is only one original Electrojector system (and it too has some updated parts on it) that is operational, and that is on a 1958 Desoto Adventurer convertible - a brilliant restoration. I don't recall seeing that system at past shows if it is indeed Per's car.

I missed going this year due to unforeseen circumstances. It looks like it was one of the better turn outs of cars I have not seen before there. Thanks for sharing. Very cool photos.

Thanks. I think you’re correct. I swear I saw it on an episode of Jay Leno’s garage.

It was packed on Sunday and I went about 12:45 pretty much over so I could park in the lot. It must’ve been awesome at prime time on Saturday.

Thanks for the pictures, looks like a nice show.
That cheap coupe shell looked very solid.
Love the license plate on that Polara patrol car.

Thankz for the pix Goose. And Steve, Thankz for the information on the White '58 D FI car. I waz wondering about that one. BTW, Iz Sherwood K. still the Caretaker of the Black '58 D FI car he's had squirreled away all these many yearz out there? I also see our FCBO Friend from Apple Valley waz there with Beautiful White '64 Long Roof too. Something about Pristine SoCal Iron that getz me all Melancholy. I have many Memory's of '39+'40 Phord Coupes and Sedan that were $50 throw away carz back in the day that we used to take down into The San Gabriel Flood Control off workman Mill rd.. Play in the sand 'til we'd roll 'um and just walk away, lol

Great pics thanks for sharing. It’s a little early here for outdoor shows but it’s coming. Here is what I woke up to yesterday. It’s all gone now but is still disheartening.
