Nice surprise from Dodge Customer Care today via UPS.....
I called Dodge Customer Care a few days ago about my electronic window sticker (no luck so far) and I asked about a paper copy of the owners manual. She put me on hold for 10 minutes and then came back on and said we'll send you one. I thought I was going to get the essential info book and to my surprise I did get the 490 page owners manual......free!

No towing with the Scat Pack and not able to be flat towed either.

Line lock and Launch mode not active during first 500 miles.
It also says no race activity for the first 1500 miles.
I'm glad I read this before hammering the Scat Pack!!! It didn't say this in any of the literature that came with the car!!!

Bob if you can get the VIN off of a Charger with the Stars & Stripes I might be able to find the part # of the decal for you. Up here we only have the Beaver Eater Edition for our Military

I think they are starting to take orders for the Stars & Stripes Editon in May. I'm absolutely sure my local Dodge dealer will have one as soon as they are available and I'll send you the VIN.

I have looked at hundreds of cars online and never ever seen VIN not available when I opened the electronic window sticker.
Do you think Dodge Customer Care can recreate it?
