Would anybody have any pics of a throttle, cruise and kick-down linkage setup on a 440 cid with Edelbrock Performer intake and 1411 carb? I have the Edelbrock #1481 kit however unless I'm missing something, doesn't appear to match up. Mine looks like I have too fabricate a riser on the throttle cable hold down plate to bring the cables higher to use without the 1481 kit. Thanks.

Mancini sells that bracket. Maybe AR Engineering also.

I will check Mancini as suggested. As you can see the alignment is quite a bit lower and the accelerator needs to be attached to the top of the throttle plate arm, about 2” higher.

His intake height is the issue.

That is part of the issue...the big thing is the missing adapter. Some adjustment for height and he'll be there.
My mistake. I thought the adapter missing was understood.

OP says he has the adapter in his first post.

The adaptor must be mounted on the carb to know exactly where the Chrysler linkage hooks up to it . Then you can adjust or modify the rest of the linkage as needed. The adapter can not be adjusted. Where it bolts on is where it stays. It’s the first step.

Yes, I have the 1481 adapter and the close up pics are great, needed those too. There is a picture under the adapter pic that shows the mounting of the throttle/cruise cable much higher. That is what I need. Focus is on the carb linkage and the part I am looking for appears to be factory made or very well made. Would anybody have any close-ups of the throttle/cruise cable mounting near the rear of the engine? Thanks all.
