Well gentlemen! management has spoken. In order for me to continue working on “Ginger”, my 77 sunroof NYB, management says one of the yachts has to go. I won’t Get into crazy details here, too much to type. give me a call if you’re seriously interested (718) 406-4051 and I’ll tell you everything about her.. briefly though, I bought her in July 2015, 1975 2Dr NYB, 440, I’m the second owner and have done quite a bit of work. She is very roadworthy and I would drive her anywhere. Everything works as it should, even the ATCII, A/C was converted by me to 134a, ALL components changed except for the evaporator, blows nice and cold, except for the heat, I’m assuming the heater core is bad since it was jumped / bypassed when I got it. I don’t use it in the winter time so there was never a concern. Apologies for the limited details, but as I said! too much to type. If seriously interested I can take pictures of anything you’d like to see. Nothing to hide, she’s a great honest car that needs a new garage. So give me a shout and we’ll chat.

Sorry to hear this John but I get it. It’s not easy to let them go but you will be better off for it.......the car I mean not the wife :)

Thought I’d start here first, no better group of guys on the planet to continue her care then right here. I’ll eventually list it on the usual websites and we’ll see how it goes.

Price? Or should we just assume it’s $2500???:poke:

Nope.. make no assumptions. I’d rather speak directly to interested parties to avoid critics.

The only thing wrong with that, John, it's is against forum rules...
For sale adverts are suppose to have a listed price....

I don’t think anyone would be critique.

I can speak for myself that if I see a car without a price - I dont even wanna waste the buyers time. I don’t wanna call, have an entire conversation about the car, and get pictures, only to find out it’s $25,000 and I’m only looking to spend $10,000.
In any case - if I have $5000, and I see a car that’s $6000, knowing the price first hand, it may make me want to go out and scrounge for money, and make a purchase I wouldn’t of otherwise if I really like the car.

OMG!! That car is only worth half that !!! You are crazy... !!!
The trailer hitch is totally wrong for that car !!!
The car doesn't even have the proper muffler bearings....
And you want THAT much for a car that won't even run 9 second quarter miles.... :wtf: DooD.. !!

Ok,, Now that all the negative critiques are out of the way..
John, your price seems to be rather attractive from what we have seen so far... So it may need a heater core.. BFD...
Nice looking car,, especially for the money being asked...
I personally would like to see some under hood and interior pics.....

Good luck with the sale John. Hope she sells quickly. At that price it should!

I see you used Jeff's @cantflip photographic technique of smudging the camera lens for a more glamorous look.:poke:

Nice teaser pics.... now how about some clear ones shot in the daylight. And not in front of the strip mall:rofl:

BTW, I have seen John's car with my eyeballs and it's worth every penny he is asking for.

Try to find another one in that condition at that price!

Ease off, it´s painted in the correct paint color.:poke:

@75LandYacht

John, what are those lights in front of the grille? DRLs?

BTW, good luck with the sale.
I was trying for the 70s accessories look. Those are amber floodlights, easily removed and not even hooked up. LOL. just mounted on the bumper, no holes drilled though. Easily removed.

Agreed with the quality of pictures, it was kind of a last-minute attempt at getting some pictures online for you guys. I’ll get it out shortly and add pictures of under the hood and the interior.

Great... now take them off...:poke:

BTW, How'd you make out with the power outage John? Any issues at your building?

No issues, the power outage was isolated to Midtown Manhattan. I live about 30 minutes north of the city. No issues here.. thanks for checking in Kenny
