Frankie the 69 Fury III aka Maggie May needs a new headliner. Ripped in a couple places. (See a rip in C pillar )and a few mice munched on it as well.
I have my guy lined up that is doing the vinyl top and headliner.
The back window and tip trim is removed so now is a better time to do it.

I looked online but not sure which is the better company to deal with.
Any suggestions??
Thanks

Depends on what you want.

I went through this with my Barracuda. If you want the material to be an exact match, you don't mind waiting and paying two or three times as much, SMS will be your choice. It is my understanding that they make their own headliners.

I also think Legendary may make their own. My experience with them was that they didn't have anything close to my original material, although they claimed they did. While not as expensive as SMS, they were more than most.

Almost every other supplier sells Acme headliners. I had samples sent to me from several suppliers and they all came from the same address. That confirmed what I had been told. So, your best bet is to shop for price and service. I bought some stuff from Stock Interiors and they seem OK with competitive prices. The material is going to be more generic and chances of an exact match are slim at best. The material is good quality and from what I understand they fit well.

Always ask for a sample and remember, if you are replacing it, you really don't have to match what was there. No one looks up at the roof of your car and says "That's not the right material".

I went with SMS based solely on matching the fabric. It took longer than promised, cost me a lot more $$, but I was happy with the product.
