Brand New Mustangs

Did you look at the site or just read the first sentence?

aaaaYep, sorry I worked on and drove a real Shelby back in the day, a 1968 GT350 289ci with a 4 spd, '67 style steering wheel and Shelby L.A. door sills.
I love to have a go with the Shelby people that say that car didn't exist.

Just can't stand trendy names, what's wrong with just beige, kind of looks grey to me on my screen.

Ummmmm $244K USD........ I'd rather have something with many more creature comforts and better performance characteristics..... All for less than $50k USD....

I kinda like it, but for that money, I could buy both an old Mustang and a new Mustang... and have plenty of cash left over.

I see $244000 USD for this car. I'm in the c-body hobby because I love c-bodies and because none of my cars individually is worth more than 1/20 the cost of this Mustang. In fact, I have a 2005 Mustang GT convertible that runs excellent, less than 50K miles, and it's only worth about $17000.

244 grand is just a ridiculous amount to pay for a 1967 Mustang.

I don't see a 2005 GT vert anywhere near $17K unless 0 miles

Pretty cool, but very pricey. I do like the fact that people are taking the initiative to make a new classic, since they don't need to pass today's crash standards.

Mine has 49000 miles, 4.6, 5-speed stick, limited slip rear, AC black on black, leather interior, flowmaster exhaust, runs like the day it came out of the showroom (maybe better). Looks as good today as the day I took these pictures. It's worth $17000 to me (Not for sale). At the time I bought the car, the $17000 I paid for it was a good buy in this area

A British electric car, is their company slogan "The walking mans car."?

British cars and electric always seem odd to me.

Thinking of the Jag's and the history of electric problems with those cars of yesteryear. Lol

Ugh, my wife’s T Bird is riddled with Lucas parts.

As for the “new” Mustangs I’m still confused as to how they are registered. Seems like the legislation is still on the fence and it’s up to the individual states to set the laws.

Nostalgia marketing at its best. Like the ‘50s Chevys, the market fades once the old timers who lust after them are gone. AMD could probably pop out complete B and E body shells, are “New” Road Runners, Chargers, Cudas and Challengers be far behind?
