SOLD Tuff wheel, new

This is a new Tuff wheel (15in) that I purchased but I found a rimblow wheel and have decided to go with that instead. It is in new unused condition and I am including the horn button mechanism as well in the price, only thing missing is the mount screws for the mechanism. Check the pics for reference. I am wanting $120 plus shipping. Thanks.
