Hi all. Do you have to pull out the regulator and motor all at once or can just replace the power window motor with regulator not removed? 3 out of four motors presently not working

Could you post some pics of the regulator when you do this? I have a problem with my non power regulator, and would like to see one on most cars, you remove the regulator and motor together. It's usually bolted to the glass. Then, usually pin it, so the spring doesn't unwind, then remove motor. I'm sure someone will chime in if different

First off, great video John!
I recently did the exact conversion to my 66' Fury VIP with the Dorman 742-300, 742-301, and ran into similar issues with the backspacing. But I found that once I spaced the motor not to bind, it was in contact with the window guide so that the window does not have the full range of motion. Does anyone have a solution for this?
