Not mine. I noticed this, but we already have 2 trucks:
Classic Dodge Truck F150 - cars & trucks - by owner - vehicle...

"This beautiful truck is in a class all its own! There are no restorations done to it
and is in its original finish with very minor rust and classic trim lines.
It is a family owned vehicle that has been always been garaged and barely driven, with only 46k original miles! It is an automatic RWD with a 5.2l V8 engine, with a superb AC that runs colder than my own car! The interior cab is perfect with the blue seats and rides like a true champ that it is. Great for hauling the stuff you need just like any other truck! This would be a great addition to any true collector
of classic trucks! This is a must see and needs to be taken for a test drive to appreciate its true beauty!
Serious offers ONLY!"
$9,995.

Old-man running boards still on it, pretty much guaranties a well-kept truck. Slick beast! All I'd do is find a set of the factory Turbine-style wheels and a slider cab window, and drive!

The rusty, crusty areas of the frame are concerning. Don't see this getting $10K, but maybe it will.

Difference from an Okie truck to a PA truck. That's just some surface stuff. If this was 1990 and that truck was in use all season, that would be typical and not even thought twice about.

Price is a little high, but used trucks aren't cheap, and finding a decent old Dodge isn't easy in the northeast. Very small survival rate for the ones that got used as trucks. They rotted at the front fenders and above the rear wheels so I'd be checking this one pretty closely. But if it's what it's represented to be, it's probably in the ballpark for the area. I'd be wary of the rubber mat too.

They also liked to rot the frame behind the steering box

Didn't even notice that...!

In OK, this is a $10K truck all day long, until you subtract the $2,500 deduction for the rust. For me, it's a $7,500 rig all day, any day.

BTW, did I mention I have a solid, rust-free 1976 Texas rolling frame this body and all would fit perfectly?
