Password recover fail

As mentioned in the private message I must have changed my password sometime back but not what I have written down.
I have not logged out on this computer or my phone on FCBO. In trying to login on a new computer I discovered the issue with my password, tried to recover/reset the password and I get this message, but I never got an email (I only have one email address). Years ago I tried on FABO and finally gave up and created a new account.

This isn't an issue with my computer or my setting, no I don't need to clear my cookies/cache.

The issue is your email is not going through.

I'm getting the same issue with both FCBO and FABO (and probably FEBO but have tried)
