What's your unicorn??

This car was for sale a while ago. Just saved the pic to show people the car. Most don’t know 56 was the first year for the Fury. 57 gets all the spot light.

Quite possible that @Ross Wooldridge may have some information as he owns a Canadian 4 speed car.
Yes, this year is a write off but hoping the next two years after that we can meet.
Yeah, sadly, no info. No records kept. Just total production USA, none in Canada that I've heard, other than Canadian Monaco was just around 1500 cars for 66.

What I have heard from reliabe sources is that Dodge C body 4 speed production overall can be safely estimated at 1/10th of 1% of total... with 383 cars AND 440s lumped together, and 440s being 1/10th of 383 numbers.

So doing the math, if I recall correctly USA production of 66 Monaco 500s at around 10,000... 1/10th of 1% equals 100, and 1/10th of that (440s) equals 10. I only know of one true verified 440 4 speed Monaco 500, at Murray Park's yard.

In Canada, with roughly only 1,500 Canadian Monacos made for 66, 1/10th of 1% for both 383s and 440s with 4 speed is still less than 2.

That makes it safe to say that both my and Locumob's cars are 1 of 1s. Very unlikely that there are others, especially the way mine is optioned.

Rare is the word, however inaccurate the estimation calculator is!

Mine are the 69 Sport Fury L Code 440 with factory tach, front discs, auto pilot, A/C, console, etc. that I just sold. The other is a 59 W300 Power Giant Power Wagon 8. So few were made, I doubt I'll ever find one that doesn't need restored. I've been eyeballing a W200 I6 but it needs a total resto which isn't in the cards for me anymore.
