I found a couple of B Body cars in the salvage yard here and I wondered if the arm rest bases from a 69-70 Road Runner will fit on my 70 Fury III? I would have to pull them off to measure them and really didn't want to pull them off of the RR until I knew. Because I fear that if they didn't measure up, they may be messed up if I left them laying on the seat in the RR. I just hate seeing old car parts destroyed.

Thanks

One of our member's father designed those pieces at Chrysler. He was quite proud that they were used from the mid 60s until the '00s (vans). You can also flip them over from side-to-side and expose the "nicer side" up after years of wear.

The ones on my 69 Polara (4-door) are 13" with a 9-1/2" pad and are used on B-Bodies.

I didn't realize the 4 doors had a shorter base. It makes sense.

I wonder if the Chrysler 4 doors also had the 13" base.
