just found out the sad news. Mr Lahey (John Dunsworth) passed away today. He was 71, and perished due to an illness.

Sad to hear.

And his hots for Julian. Makes me laugh just typing this....
Having a drink of "Liquor" to honor him right now !

The movie they made "Countdown to Liquor Day" was outstanding and one of my favorites!

Years ago....we were supporting the Canadian Army on some ballistics testing at APG. They would come in to my office every Monday morning and we discuss the TPB episode for the week and laugh for an hour on how funny the show was!

TPB holds a special place for me. My first deployment to Afghanistan with my USAF brothers in 2009, we Canucks brought every TPB episode on DVD and introduced it to our southern friends. We laughed our asses off between sorties together. I've stayed in touch with many of them and we still reminisce about those times crowded around the TV in the barracks...

It is such a great show!! It’s one I could watch every episode over, and over again.

Sabrina hates it lol.

I don’t know if they will be able to continue without Lahey though..

Mrs. Big John just kept saying TPB was really stupid... and then she started watching it when I had it on... and it sucked her in and she became a fan.

How cool is that! I'm still in contact with some of my Canuck friends even though all of us been retired for over 20 years.
