This car came up on a facebook page, but not being a member I could not see more pics.

Chrysler Imperial-New Yorker Brougham

Dude has now listed it on Ebay too.

1967 Chrysler Imperial CROWN | eBay

Seems like a bit of a shaggy dog story to me ! and looking for the provided phone number on google shows a few odd results.

Car looks superficially good for $6k if you can sort out the issues ? Matt you probs have the missing door switches !

I'd be very happy to have it had I been closer to be able to go check it out and had access to spares to sort it out.:(

It’s probably very local to me, I could be convinced to go inspect it for you.

Morning Matt, thank you for that kind offer, much appreciated.

Don't think I can take on another car with work required. Finding it hard to get anyone to work on the Cadillac as it is and I don't have the space/place required to do too much stuff on my own.

This car needs somebody with experience who knows what's what to take it on methinks, and easy access to parts.

Hope all is well :)

The price went up?

Funny business this car selling mularkey ! this car started at $6k then went on ebay and did not sell at $4.5k then went back on CL at $6700 still no sale.

Its now back on with a dealer it says ( methinks it was a dealer all along when you checked out the phone number it was orginally up with ) at $7980

How does it get rusty under the trunk and engine lids but nowhere else?

Got a video of it now though for those who may be interested

If it fails to sell then bump the price up it seems :wtf:

The dude selling the copper colour one, who bought it for $4k, seems to think this will work too. It appears on CL for a month then comes back with the price increase :realcrazy:

Happy new year when it comes to all of you:thumbsup:

Now it’s in Minneapolis?

Huh, I just noticed that the rear view mirror placement on the door changed from 67 to 68..it's more forward on the 67. On the 68 it's adjacent to where the vent window frame meets the side glass.

Poor ventilation while stored in damp areas (like gravel or dirt floors) will cause the rust you describe.
