2 of these where made by the Flxible co for GM. Back story is they were made as a cost study to see if Buick could get back in the Limo game. I would think Gm would be able to determine that without making them,and why make 2 ? My theory is someone at Buick wanted a Limo and not be a Cadillac...

Log ago I found a new in the package 56 plates. DMV freaked because they said I restored them. Took me forever to convince them, that they were new and never installed.

The DMV site says you can restore the plates. But anything DMV you take your chances.

3 different DMV, S and one independent agency and here all come to the same conclusion. Once assigned to that year can only be put on the same year. I drive the car only a few times year. I am going to just put them on the car. See if I get stopped or not and keep the registered plates in the...
