WANTED 1966 Chrysler 300 Brake Distribution Block and Mounting Bracket

TNT Thanks for sending out the pictures. The distribution block in the first picture is what I am looking for. And after seeing the 2nd picture I would agree that the thing that they are selling on eBay is not the rear brake line tee either. So I have no idea what that block being sold on EBay...

WANTED 1966 Chrysler 300 Brake Distribution Block and Mounting Bracket

Yes………I am sure. That block is not even close to the correct original front distribution block. I ordered that one without looking very closely at the picture. When it arrived it was quickly apparent that this block was the rear axle brake line tee and not the front distribution block

    Reproduction Center Console Door

One of the other differences that I've noticed between my original console door and the repro one is that on the original, the center ribbed section is attached with 4 fasteners on the underside and can be removed whereas on the repro one the ribbed section is molded into the lid and is not...

    Reproduction Center Console Door

I recently purchased a repro 66-69 MOPAR B body center console door to replace the one for my 66 Chrysler 300 console. They are the exact same size and fits perfectly. However, on my console, the center ribbed section has painted black accents between the ribs and on the repro lid the ribs are...

    65-66 Chrysler Dash Pad Removal

As a follow up to my original post, I was able to remove my old cracked dash pad without removing the whole instrument panel frame. I removed all the dash components that I described earlier and was able to loosen the dash trim enough to allow removal. The bad part was that sections of the...

WANTED 1966 Mopar C Body LH & RH Front Defroster Ducts

The repro LH & RH defroster ducts that are available for 66-67 B Body cars look similar to the ones used for 66 C body cars, but didn't know whether these would work or not. Would anyone know?

WANTED 1966 Mopar C Body LH & RH Front Defroster Ducts

It's a 300. 2607232 & 2607233 should fit all 66 C body cars. I think 1965-1968 all C body use these same defroster ducts but not sure what other years interchange with 1966 C Body defroster ducts.

    65-66 Chrysler Dash Pad Removal

Finding and getting access to the Philips head screws that hold the chrome trim to the instrument panel is a tough job and one that almost has to be done by feel as it is difficult to see the back side of the trim and then when you do locate the screw, care must be taken not to strip out the...

    65-66 Chrysler Dash Pad Removal

After removing the 6 speed nuts from the front retainer studs, I was able to loosen the front of the dash pad somewhat. But it feels like there was some sort of adhesive that was used to hold the dash pad to the instrument panel assembly? Either that or the Summer heat and time have helped to...

    65-66 Chrysler Dash Pad Removal

Yes, your suspicions are correct. I did wind up removing the Instrument cluster, radio, ash tray, clock, glove box and center AC outlet and flexible duct. After removing those pieces, I had clear access to the 6 speed nuts used to fasten down the front part of the dash pad just below the...
