For Sale '72 Fury Wagon, 408, Idaho, $5000

He's actually seen the car in person, and tried to buy it from me then. I should've sold it to him, but I didn't know I was going to be stuck in Seattle.

For Sale '72 Fury Wagon, 408, Idaho, $5000

Yeah, I've sold several cars on here, and always gotten a bunch of crap about why I should give them away for free, or no C-body is worth more than $2500, blah, blah, blah. I really don't care, and don't need to sell it that badly. But a 408 just by itself isn't cheap. And I've also found...

For Sale '72 Fury Wagon, 408, Idaho, $5000

I am NOT parting out or selling individual pieces, sorry. My wife and I are thinking about selling our '72 Fury Custom Suburban. We moved to Seattle a year ago for her career, and the car is still stuck in Lewiston, Idaho, non-running. I probably have at least $8000 sunk into it at this...

For Sale 1972 Fury III Sedan, two 440s, Black Interior, & Well Optioned, $2500

Oh, and while I'm thinking of it, the tires I put on it only got a couple of thousand miles on them before I parked the car, so there should be plenty of life in those as well.

For Sale 1972 Fury III Sedan, two 440s, Black Interior, & Well Optioned, $2500

Also forgot to mention that I have an unbroken fan shroud, and I think I have a replacement quarter panel end cap for the one that's dinged- I'll have to look for it. I might even have a set of dog dish caps with the holes. And the crap around the trunk lip isn't rot, it's pine needles from...

For Sale 1972 Fury III Sedan, two 440s, Black Interior, & Well Optioned, $2500

Yeah, it's the cassette player that B- and E-body guys pay $400 for on Ebay. That plus a clean black dash pad, dual snorkel air cleaner, and core value on the running gear gets us to well over half of what I'm asking for the whole car.

You're right, I should've thought of that. Thanks!

For Sale 1972 Fury III Sedan, two 440s, Black Interior, & Well Optioned, $2500

1972 Fury III, located in Lewiston, Idaho, on the Washington border. $2500 firm. Some assembly required. A few years ago I bought this '72 Fury Sedan. It's a highly optioned car with factory 440. I'm assuming that the 8 3/4" rear, heavier spring packs, bigger U-joints, and heavy-duty...

Fusey Sedan & Wagon windshields Discontinued????

I'll be keeping an eye on this, as I need a windshield for my wife's '72 Fury wagon. I also have a sedan, which I was going to just sell, but lately I've been in the mood to keep it. Glass is good in the sedan, but a spare might be worth considering, depending on what I can budget.

    My Green Pickle from Idaho

Yep, the '70 hood interchanges. I used to have another '71 before this one that I sold to Tobias and I had a '70 hood on that car. Had to fill the holes in the fenders for the signal indicators (didn't feel like having that many lights flashing on the front of the car).

I guess the 4:10s got hard to live with after a while? Time for some highway cruising!

    For Sale Selling Format

On one hand, I'm one of the guys who gets tired of all the complaints that come with every car (like the gorgeous '71 Sport Fury GT that appeared recently and is apparently worthless because it has headers, incorrect plug wires, and is missing it's A/C compressor). And I've been frustrated over...

Awesome! So does it feel like it has the 4.10:1 gears and sure-grip like we were told it has?

For Sale another 66 Sport Fury Htp 4 sp $2950

I know there's no reason for me to comment on this, and I'm just being a grumpy turd, but a couple years ago I posted a really solid, straight, complete 4-speed 383 Sport Fury on here with black interior and factory tach for $4000 with a disc brake conversion in a box, and everyone told me it...

    Ready to run electronic distributors.

I'm not familiar with that particular brand, but I'd beware of any ignition that has a proprietary module that you can't get easily from a parts store. Even worse, I've heard that the MSD "Ready to Run" units have the module soldered in, and buried in the distributor. Any module will fail...

440 transplant into my '65 Fury lll

Also be aware of the special '65-only motor mount on the left side (if I remember right). It requires a special boss cast into the front of the block, and not all big blocks have that boss. Some have it, but it's shorter and requires fabricating a spacer, and some have the boss but it's not...

    My Green Pickle from Idaho

Awesome! So glad to see that it went to a good home, and you're enjoying it. Inspires me to get the rest of my junk fixed as soon as possible.

Ouch! Sorry to see that. There's no way I can't feel bad about that.
