It's a bummer but the Convertible has to be put to sleep till spring. While its sleeping the instrument cluster will be coming out for some repair and the sending unit also will get some attention. Its nice to store it on my property and not at my friends storage unit.

My buddies 300, was mine for awhile is going to be pushed into my shop and after a long weekend of thrashing it will drive out. We are collecting all that is needed before she enters.

Woot woot The vert is now home. Its finally nice enough '78 no wind' to take the cruiser out nothing rides like a Chrysler at battle speed. Now its time to enjoy the summer.

Visited the old girl in dry dock, next weekend tranny fluid and filter change also it might get a tail light change. Soon as it hits 70 the vert will be rolling again can't wait. Reaquired my 70 300 I'm happy wife not so much, but as we all know its nice to have a parts car.

Did Chrysler use two different side marker lites in 1970 my 70 300 is different than my 70 Newport conv and there are two 70 Newport convs for sale on this site with different lites. Is it early and late 70 cars. just wondering

As I was driving my 70 Newport vert that I rescued from Oregon "Kee auction" which sounds awesome with the new exhaust,nice and quiet I was wondering how many other cars from that auction are back on the road. Also my car got a lot of comments all positive.

It is awesome pulling the carpets out of a car and finding no rust or unwanted holes. Trunk is done, floor is done carpets will be redied black tomorrow. Rear brakes are new, front rotors need to be turned.
