It is 1:43. And that checks out if you do the math. The model is 5.125 inches long, and the car is 224.6 inches long = 0.0228. 1/43 = 0.0232. Pretty close.

I believe this model is made in Europe but there is no maker or company name on the underside of model itself except a tiny FCA trademark. I purchased via eBay it from someone in Poland and the car's specs are in metric on the back side of the "motel" picture (7.2l, km/hr, etc). The model is metal, and the detail is very good. The hood and the doors DO NOT open.
