I really love this car, and its at a price point where I could get into all kinds of trouble. But I have enough time and space issues as it is... I sure hope she gets a good home.

1955 was the start of the Forward Look. 1956 was no less a Forward Look than the 1957.

    That's a 1957, not a 1958.

That's a 1957 Firedome. The Firesweep was a completely different headlight treatment with a heavy brow. The Adventurers were all quad headlights, had fender guides, and no hood ornament. The Fireflites had fender guides that your dad's does not, making this a Firedome.

Good luck. My friend tried looking at it (he lives in the next town over) and the guy wouldn't send him a location to come see it. Kinda hard to view a car when you don't know where it is.

The one in your photo is a 1957...Probably a Firedome based on the presence of the hood jet and the absence of the fender top ornaments.

I was trying to look at a Ramcharger that was listed for sale in Trenton, bout an hour North.
The kept saying come look at it anytime but wouldn't tell me where...WTF?
