I'm looking for a 1962 - 1965 speedometer gear reduction mechanism. If it has a a 20-tooth gear, all the better, but the mechanism alone will do. Please message me if you have one. Thanks.

Do you have a photo? I'm not exactly sure what you need.

21-85-9 ADAPTER, Drive Pinion, use w/2.76 ratio ... .2291 278

I think this is the part number
They made different reduction ratios, but I can make any of them work by changing the pinion gear. I appreciate the thread you provided, but it doesn't have any info about where to find the reduction mechanism.

Agreed but I figured you could google the part number. That's what led me to the B body site. Seems they list a company that repros them.
