The power steering pump leaks at the edge on the bottom of the oil tank where the front of the pump is connected to the oil tank. Are there any companies that can repair these tanks? Thanks!

Are you talking about the big replaceable o-ring running around the pump that seals the tank to the pump?
The pump where you remove a couple of bolts and the whole pump drops out of the pump tank so the o-ring can be replaced?
