Very nice and sorted out driver! Turbine Bronze!! It has a poly 318 2bbl that runs great, 727 from a 65 so it cable shift on the column, and it shifts great. The brakes are 11" drum all around and stop just as well as anything else. The brakes have a dual reservoir master cylinder instead of the stock single. The lower control arms have been braced, the car corners really flat! The electrical has been upgraded with a new fuse block in the stock location with ATM-blade fuses instead of glass. Also the amp meter has been bypassed. The front end has been fully rebuilt. The tires only have a couple thousand miles on them. The bumpers were rechromed! It has high quality headlight housings with h.i.d.s! Tinted windows. The rear is a 3.23 open. The fuel tank has been cleaned and new sock installed. It has an oversized radiator, just in case it got a bigblock, or hot small block!
It's been to myrtle beach twice, Bristol tn, Maggi valley.. always driven! The only issues that I know of, and I've owned it about 10yrs, is a little rust trying to pop through on the drivers side just low and behind the door. Poor prep work at the body shop no doubt. And the previous owner put fiberglass down in the trunk, he said because of pinholes. From underneath I haven't seen much of a reason to do that. And lastly, on the hottest of days, after driving enough to get the engine really heat soaked, the oil light will blink at low idle. For instance when you stop at a red light. The speedometer doesn't currently work, I installed one from a swap meet and haven't had a chance to sort it out. Someone make a really good offer on this car, and drive it!! I have to pay off my house.
car is in Gastonia Nc.. just outside Charlotte. I would maybe take a partial or full trade towards it too.. and don’t get butt hurt if you offer a 96 neon and I tell you to get bent.. with that in mind. I’ve been asking $10500.. its time for someone else to own it.
