1967 Imperial Battery Cable and Paint Question

What vendor sells the long positive battery cable for a 1967 Imperial?
What color is the area between the back of the grill and the radiator support that houses the two horns and A/C condenser? Body color or flat black? Thanks!

The area behind the grill started out body color, on some colors the forward faces were crudely painted a satin black.
I don't know the specifics of the 1967 Imperial but on the 69 Polara there were some parts that were not on the car at the time of paint and were just satin black.

the main engine room is all body color for sure and I think the same for the area immediately behind the grill. Iirc my silver car didn’t have anything blacked out behind the grille.
