The headrest was standard with all reclining seats, but had to be special ordered on the non reclining seat. If one ordered one reclining seat, one got one headrest.

I'm pretty sure you could also order a single headrest without the reclining seat.

I had a 67 monaco 500.. With one headrest... Right recliner.. Another odd ball car.. Console disc brakes manual windows.. 383 2bll.. No a/c... Dual power seats... Turbine /black.. Black vinyl top.. Black stripes.. Rusty car... Parted out 1995 ... R.i.p . Monica .. That was her name..
