1968 Chrysler Newport

Pros:
IT RUNS!
Has a chevy 350 so its easy to get parts for.
Great project car
No rust that I have found
And it's a rare car for cheap

Cons:
Needs interior work.
needs exaust work.
CANT be driven because of broken windshield and needs new tires.
bracket for the rod tensioner broke so the hood can't be put on until that is fixed.

PICK UP ONLY, WILL NEED TRAILER.

PRICE: 3000 obo

The Cons:::: It has a Chevy 350 engine in it...............:yuk:

Chevy engine in a Chrysler????? Sacrelige

Besides, What is so hard about finding MoPar engine parts? A little more expensive than SBC, but still very easy to find.

Why on earth?

Whoever did that is officially the most stupid person there is in existence.

I've heard about the rare 350 chevy option for years, but have never actually seen one till now. Why hasn't someone snapped up this jewel?

Fair play.... Heart warming

The guy probably had both cars torn apart at once and accidentally swapped motors. Who hasn't done that?]

Oh, this confirms to me that there are a lot of dumb people out there in this world. Incorrect engine and $2000 overpriced...:violent-smiley-100:

A Chrysler with a Chevy motor - Value of the car to me..zero. What I would pay for it...zero. But someone will buy it.

Truthfully, I'd love to see how he did it and how badly its been Mickey Moused.

Probably used a 350 turbo or a 400 txsm and butchered all the engine and txsm mounts.

Exactly what I was thinking.
With an ugly hole in the floor for a cheap racer-type floor shifter...
