I was under the impression the rear defogger had heating lines from the heater box/lines in the engine bay? Although I may be confusing that with the rear-seat heater system, which was also an option.

In any case, I'll take it anyways.

Do you have the switch that goes on the dash and the wiring harnesses for it as well?

Nope, that would be the rear seat heater. Rear defogger or rear air as it’s referred to in my ‘67s just pushes air around.
