“I HAVE A 1969 CHRYSLER IMPERIAL FOR SALE. IT IS IN IMMACULATE SHAPE FOR A 1969. IT APPEARS TO BE ALL ORIGINAL AS WELL. IT HAS BALCK EXTERIOR AND A VERY CLEAN WHITE INTERIOR. ALL PARTS APPEAR TO BE THERE. I HAD A NEW FUEL TANK INSTALLED, NEW FUEL LINES AND A FUEL PUMP. WE HAD THE CARB REBUILT AND A TUNE UP DONE. THE WHITE WALLS ARE VERY CLEAN. OVERALL THE CAR IS STARIGHT. IT NEEDS SOME TLC AND IT NEEDS THINGS FIXED AND REPAIRED. IT CAN BE DRIVEN AND I HAVE DRIVEN IT. IT RUNS REALLY SMOOTH. BUT IT JUST NEEDS TO BE GONE THROUGH COMPLETELY. I HAVE A CLEAN AND CLEAR NEVADA TITLE AS WELL. WE OWN O TOWING COMPANY IN LAS VEGAS AND THIS VEHICLE WAS TOWED DUE TO ILEGAL PARKING. THE R/O NEVER RECLAIMED AND THROUGH OUR PROCESS WE HAVE OBTAINED A TITLE. EMAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS”.

Wow, 69 Imp in black! Hard to resist. Fortunately the interior is white though, it gives me strength to wait for a right car...

If the car were built prior to 1 January 1969, headrests were an OPTION and were NOT required. It became a Federal requirement on cars built on or after 1 January 1969.

I'm not much for wide whites on late '60s and newer cars, but this one is a car I can make an exception to.

Who in their right mind lets this car go? It got impounded for illegal parking?

Since the car has the small rear window and is rather well equipped I'd say it's a LeBaron, not a Crown. The black armrest bases/storage compartments on the white door panels look strange. They should be white with a white interior, as in this picture:

Remember to deduct for a rotting vinyl roof (look at the flake look of the roof on the drivers front and rear) and rust under the vinvyl roof above the front passenger windshield. Not a deal breaker but needs further inspection.

I think the tow yard saw dollar signs getting that car. They knew if know body claimed it they would see a big payday...... I'am curious why the owner didn't get it out.

I have a feeling the owner said "make it go away".
He then used the check from Hagerty to buy an Impala.

Beautiful looking car and I like it without the headrests.

I don't use the headrests in any of my cars ever. They are always at the lowest position.

It looks like mine ! ( but mine is slightly better :D )

headrest are useful in preventing your neck to be broken or the passager to hit your head in a crash.

Some bone head pilfered the head rests apparently.
Unless the seats were re-upholstered, there is no evidence of head rests. Besides, they're nothing but useless appendages anyway. Personally I prefer no headrests. Like on my 67 LeBaron.

Fortunately or Unfortunately? Personally, I think the white interior looks great on this car. Very well optioned too! It even has the light sentinel.

Item location: North Las Vegas, Nevada, United States

Black Imperial. Vegas. Sometimes is best to NOT know history.

Is it a coincidence there are no pictures of the trunk? (or who may be in the trunk?)

Nowadays the boys "In da hood" are using Escalades not Imperials... LOL
