NOT MINE 1969 dodge polara 2dr hrdtp E86 440!!

long standing policy of mine. seller wont return a couple attempts to reach them, they'll never hear from me again.

yeah, kinda childish on my part, but im old and dont care.. :poke:

it'll find a new home

Feel the same way about sellers today for the most part. Saw a car on F book saying engine replaced at 56,000 miles and it had 2019 plates instead of 1995 plates. So I asked why for those two points. A day later I get "you buyin?" Not now!

Not childish!
1 call. We know damn well they got the message.
Seller too lazy or irresponsible to call me back. He don't get my money or my time.
Seller needs to act like an adult too.

And he probably thinks he's being savvy. Not taking any foolishness, the better man in the deal.

have we figured out where this ine went? what its true condition was via pics or eyes on?

Please inform me on the term “super beam”. This is a new one for me.
Thank You.

Great video. Learned a lot. Thanks.
Yeah but what he got wrong in the video about the era with the Superlight was that cars/trucks could only have 2 white low beam headlights on while approaching oncoming traffic, this law was pretty much nationwide and also motorcycles could only have 1 white low beam headlight on while approaching oncoming traffic. The law was in the drivers handbook when I took my license tests 'back in the day'.
Now when I watch the Sturgis Main St. live cam during the motorcycle rally I just have to comment "Do these Geezer 'foot draggers' really need 6 headlights on to go down Main St. at night"?
Then we have all the vehicles with these 'Halo/Ribbon' lights today... WTF

.

I bet its more solid then my DM23L9 car and I wouldnt let it go for anywhere near what that guys asking. Hell the '69 E440hp engine is worth what hes asking for the complete car.

Per the white books Dodge only built 0.1% or 22 DL23L9 cars. So its an incredibly rare car for a steal.

@67valiant 100
Do you have a picture of that page from the white book and does it say how much L codes convertible,s were made ?
