Yes, it's NOS, only mileage it has is from calibration.

I bought it intending to put it into the ragtop. But it's too nice.

$250 USD

Thank you

From what I understand, a NOS Speedo should have red numbers on the tenth digit. They did this to show people that the odometer was changed out.

I'm trying to justify why I'd need a 3rd one... I'm kicking it around. My Brougham can have 0 miles when it starts the first time...

I put a NOS speedo in the Boab.
It was cool ......for about a mile.
Now the goal is to drive it to see all zero's again!!
True mileage did not matter since she was not registered for the road since 1974 and underwent the unforgettable restoration.

I prefer to know the true mileage of the car regardless of what has been rebuilt.
True mileage on the Boab before rest was 62,000.
I still have the original cluster.
Rather nos than rolling back the original speedo.

What is your boab, don't know if I've seen it but sounds like a full restore.

Would that be the same case for the Certified 140 MPH speedo?

Wait a minute which is too nice for which???
The Speedo is too nice for my car. Besides ideas change. With that car I like having it's original cluster in it as so little of it is original to that car.

Its nice knowing that at least the speedometer has seen everyone of those 232k miles and is the same one that faced the person behind the wheel of those miles.

Its the little sentiments when you own a basket case.

I was under the understanding that the 10th digit would have been red as well in a NOS unit. I did run across a car with one.

Interesting that there appears to be ones without it as well.

Cool piece Nick!
