I picked this up recently and was excited about getting back on the road. Saying that my 61 300G is coming back from the painter on Sunday and it still needs assembly. Its going to keep me busy for a while. So before I put any money into it I thought I would put it up here and see if any of you guys want a rust free Wagon.
1970 Chrysler Town and Country, T-Code 440, bought new at Van Ness Chrysler in San Francisco. It made its way to Eastern Washington around 1980 and it was parked around 1985 due to a rod knock. The owner took the oil pan off, removed the bearings, and it has sat ever since. I would assume with the motor exposed to air, even with it being very dry and garaged in Eastern WA, I would want to go through the motor. It has some dents/dings over the years but its original paint/rust free/nice original interior. Very optioned out too yet they deleted the woodgrain. I'm asking $3k let me know if anyone is interested.

Is someone able to decode the fender tag?, build date?
Very nice by the way.

M86- WAG. OPT. PKG. - D/LID MLDG.

Wagon optional ornamental package- deck lid molding.

361= S61 = tilt/tilt steering column.

It has the rear window washer option. I've never seen one of those.

Bump. The G reassembly fund needs some help.

Got her outside today and cleaned up. Last chance before it goes on eBay this weekend. Just don’t want to see it in a demo derby it’s way to clean for that.

Im in Michigan, how is the underside of the car? and the hard plastic rear panels?

Sure cleaned up nice, good luck with the sale

If i had sold my 78 sunroof newyorker i would have room for this beauty

I didn’t even take any pics of the underside it’s so clean. I did get one of the spare tire well and I don’t see any rust. All the hard plastics cleaned up really well just had an inch of dust on everything. Biggest bummer is the headliner fell down.
